Malcolm knows knows full well the pressures of being a  senior leader and a CEO, having spent much of his professional life in demanding senior operational roles in the rail industry, NGOs and the leisure industry.  He is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. Malcolm holds postgraduate qualifications in adult learning, coaching, counselling & psychotherapy, and an MA in Ethics.

Jon Randall, Senior Consultant

Jon is a consultant, coach and strategist with a gift for seeing right to the essence of things. He has previously been a marketing director in the finance sector and a therapist in private practice, Jon went on to become an independent consultant, coach, and brand strategist working with clients in the corporate, creative, and not-for-profit sectors. He is particularly interested in connecting individuals and organisations with their deeper purpose, whilst holding a vision for how they can journey there. Jon has a  honours degree in geography from Robinson College, Cambridge, and postgraduate diplomas in transpersonal therapy in executive coaching and consulting.

Elhadi Abdalla, Senior Consultant

Elhadi is a specialist in leadership consulting,and has delivered projects and assignments focused on the UK, Middle East and Africa markets. His role within Portas  is to provide advice to corporate and governmental clients on leadership and change management drawing on his 15 years of  consultancy experience He was Group Property Manager for Qatar Airways in Doha and Director of a housing association,  in London.

Helen Hinds, Senior Consultant

Helen has worked as Management Development Consultant/Coach for the past 15 years. She has extensive experience designing and delivering management programmes both in the private and public sectors, in the UK and internationally.  Her passion is for blending the best of business psychology with corporate practices, to build optimum performance. A Chartered member of the CIPD, she has an MA in Human Resource Management, and a first degree in Psychology and is a licensed practitioner of both the MBTI Step 1 & 2 and TMSDI diagnostic profiling tools.
